Illuminated Manuscript Pages

Following the centuries-old tradition of illuminated manuscripts, these artists wrote their own poems and then developed a decorative layout for those poems. They used a calligraphic script for the text, and they incorporated a mix of media (pencil, ink, foil, colored pencil, soft pastel, oil pastel, marker, etc.) for their designs.
